Shipping Policy — Painted Ivy
All Painted Ivy wallpaper is custom printed to order. Production typically takes 2–3 business days, followed by 2–3 business days for carrier delivery — most orders arrive within 4–6 business days of purchase. During peak holiday periods, production may take up to 2–5 business days. We currently ship within the United States only. U.S. orders ship free.
Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once an order has been dispatched. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at ivy@paintedivy.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at ivy@paintedivy.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
