Welcome to Painted Ivy. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy.

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You agree to provide accurate, complete information when placing an order and to maintain the confidentiality of your account, if applicable.
All wallpaper is custom printed to order. Slight color, scale, or texture variations may occur due to screen settings and the digital printing process. We strongly recommend ordering a sample to preview these details before placing a full order.
We reserve the right to adjust product details, availability, or pricing at any time without notice.
Each item is custom printed to order. Once an order is submitted, all sales are final — we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we will review your case.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at any time. Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only. U.S. orders ship free. By completing a purchase, you authorize Painted Ivy to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.
All Painted Ivy wallpaper is custom printed to order. Production typically takes 2–3 business days, followed by 2–3 business days for U.S. delivery — most orders arrive within 4–6 business days of purchase. During peak holiday periods, production may take up to 2–5 business days.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or incorrect delivery information. Risk of loss transfers to you once your order has been handed off to the carrier.
If your wallpaper arrives damaged or defective, please contact ivy@paintedivy.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the full panel laid flat, along with close-ups of the issue.
Do not install wallpaper that appears damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. Once installed, altered, or cut, the wallpaper is considered accepted and no longer eligible for review or replacement.
We are not responsible for:
Installation errors
Damage to walls, paint, or finishes
Adhesion issues related to textured surfaces, glossy paints, or improper prep
Always test a sample first. For best results, we recommend working with a professional wallpaper installer if you are unsure.
All artwork, designs, branding, and written content on this website are the property of Painted Ivy LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute any of our content without prior written permission.
By tagging @paintedivyco or using the hashtag #paintedivyco on social media, you grant us permission to share your content on our website, social media channels, or other marketing materials.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Painted Ivy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Painted Ivy LLC, its partners, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
